I love to run, even when I hate it. I ran cross-country and track in high school, and recently got back into running just to keep in shape (and semi-compete against a friend of mine). On some days I really don’t feel like running, or doing any kind of workout, and sometimes the laziness wins and I don’t go. But when I do go, I never regret it. The hardest part is always starting. Once you’re in it, the process isn’t that bad. That applies to a lot of things in life, not just running.
